Okay so I have a special hard on for everything shaft73 does (as far as I'm concerned no wrong can be done) so I wanted to give this a go. I like it, obviously we're losing ALL of the essential displacement stuff but I think it still plays. I'll need to work on discovering how to use displacement and bumps correctly in Iray.
Unless Shaft73 decides to toss us a bone and do SOMETHING for Genesis or even convert something to Iray (wink wink--tosses loads of cash in that direction)

I think it still plays too, the only thing that seems off to me is that highlight on the back of the neck behind the left ear. The highlight is unbroken giving the impression that the skin and latex are the same material and that may be the case in your render program, but visually it doesn't look natural in that area only. Love the expression, hair, suit, pose, lighting and overall feel of this image. Nice!!!
